Christian Education

Pastor Efraín Arroyo-Rosado serves as Director of Christian Education at Monte de los Olivos Ministry. With more than 13 years of experience as a Christian teacher and pastor, he has dedicated his efforts to discipleship and the development of leaders within the church.

He graduated in Theology from International Theological University (2012) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Religion: Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2016. His background also includes an Associate’s degree in General Studies and multiple ministerial certifications, including his Ministerial License from the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC).

Throughout his ministry, he has served as a leader in children’s, youth, marriage, and Bible teaching ministries, as well as chaplain assistant during his military service. His passion for the Word of God and for holistic formation has led him to teach and equip believers to grow in spiritual maturity and to live out their faith with firmness and commitment.
